“The trip is really well organised and consists in three main stops in three different island. You have time to explore the little islands, take a coffe and pictures. The only thing I found disgusting was the visit to the Vetro Officine: the owner who explained the process of creating an time of glass was extremely rude and acted as if he was disgusted by the tourists visiting (and paying for this) the Officine. He made some comments in local language very rude, and he cared only in guiding people to the gift shop… disgusting person. The last island, Burano, was magical. So so beautiful. Overall, if you remove these…”

“1.- First part "Venice Tour with St Mark’s Basilica" was average. 2.- "Grand Canal Boat tour" was excellent, lady acting as a tour guide was very enthusiast, she knows Venice very well, explained us every detail clearly. My wife and I were there on September 27th 2019 in the afternoon tour. I wrote the name of the woman, but lost the paper, the only thing I remember is that she live around and looks like an actress some kind of Jennifer Aniston. 3.- You need a Sign that let your client to locate you easy. It was very stressful to find you, I was in the place 1 hour before.”

The couple from Bosnia contacted their tour guide agent and found out that our 10:00 tour was cancelled. The tour was being rescheduled for 1:00. We were unable to make that time because we had already scheduled our day beginning with your 10:00 tour.”

“This was a great way to spend a way seeing outside Venice. It was super hot so the breeze on the boat was refreshing. Could’ve done without Torchello, so unless you really love archeological sites, recommend doing just Murano and Burano.”
