There is an undisclosed “break” in between the walking tour and the gondola ride. This caused conflict with our Murano boat tour. We could not complete the gondola ride which was disappointing. When we confronted the tour operator, they offered no assistance and fully acknowledged the misleading tour timeline after I showed them my confirmation emails and booking details with Viator. They claimed that it was Viator’s error and not their error. Told me to take it to Viator…”
