The couple from Bosnia contacted their tour guide agent and found out that our 10:00 tour was cancelled. The tour was being rescheduled for 1:00. We were unable to make that time because we had already scheduled our day beginning with your 10:00 tour.”

“Horrible experience. Guide was the worst we have had in 8 countries. We had a private tour for $450 and got spoiled food and a bag of cookies in plastic . Guide lied about where we went and what we ate Fought with Viator ( who hired a guide from WITHLOCALS) for 4 months and finally got a refund. We have had awesome experiences in Rome , Marseilles But Venice was the WORST. It really was a WITH locals guide but Viator refused to get involved. Horrible experience”
